    1. What makes your paintings unique?

      Our handmade oil paintings are painted on order only, we use a screening technique to allow us to get the best copy possible to satisfy your need of a loyal reproduction, but the handmade nature of our oil paintings make them totally unique.

    2. Do you offer custom paintings?

      We can paint anything you want us to paint, simply contact us by email or through the form in our Custom order page.

    3. How long does it take to receive my painting?

      It will depend on the quality you choose when selecting an oil painting. A normal quality will take from 2 to 3 weeks to paint and dry, while our Museum quality will take 4-5 weeks. And the shipping takes about 2 weeks, for a total 4 weeks to 7 weeks to receive it at your home from the day you placed your order. You can however divide that time by 2 if you choose our urgent painting and shipping package, for a price of 12.5% of the value of your oil painting.

    4. What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept payments by visa and mastercard through the Stripe technology, and Paypal. We also accept payment by direct bank transfer and crypto, contact us by email or message for these payment methods.

    5. Do you offer international shipping?

      We do offer international shipping, we offer free international shipping when the oil painting is shipped rolled in our hardcover tube. For mounted or framed paintings, the shipping fees are automatically calculated before checkout depending on the painting size and your location. you can find more info in our Delivery, return and shipping page.

  2. Ordering and Customization:
    1. How do I place an order for a painting?

      It starts by choosing an oil painting you want us to reproduce for you, you can find it from our 100 most popular page, list of artists, list of movements or by typing your keywords in our search bar. Once you have chosen an oil painting, you must select a size, a quality and a shipping solution, knowing that we can painting any size, simple contact us for this service.

    2. Can I see my oil painting before you ship it?

      We always send photos and videos by email when we are finished, so you can check and approve it, or give us your feedback if you have any, we would then gladly fix and improve your oil painting accordingly. We only ship your oil painting once you are fully satisfied.

    3. Can I change my mind after placing an order?

      You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped, refer to our Delivery, return and shipping page for more info

    4. What sizes are your paintings available in?

      We always offer several sizes for each oil painting available on our store. You can find the sizes on each product page. Please note that we can paint any size as well, contact us for this service.

    5. Can I choose the frame for my painting?

      You can choose a frame for your oil painting, we will contact you by email regarding the frame after your order, or you can contact us first by email or chat, we will frame it for you and ship it framed. Additional fees for this service and shipping are listed and detailed before checkout.

  3. Technical and Care:
    1. What type of painting do you use?

      We use oil painting only and on cotton canvas, we use a cotton canvas of superior quality for the museum quality option.

    2. Do your paintings require any special care?

      It does not require a difficult care but there are some tips you can follow to preserve your oil painting beauty and longetivity: Avoid direct sunlight, control humidity and temperature (50-60% humidity and 60-70°F/15-21°C temperature), keep it away from heat sources, dust regularly, never use water or harsh chemicals, avoid touching the painted surface.

    3. How long will my painting last?

      A well preserved and cared oil painting can last for centuries, decades if not well preserved.

    4. What happens if my painting gets damaged?

      You can hand it to a local professional framer who should be able to repair minor issues. But please note that at POD, you get a lifetime warantee, you can then simply contact us if you have any issue with your oil painting. We will see and decide if we fix or replace it.

    5. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?

      We can do prints and much more merchandisings, we are working on creating other stores for these different products but you can already contact us for prints.

    3. Do you accept collaborations or commissions for specific projects?

      We are open for collaborations with artist painters, digital artist and photographers who need a workshop to reproduce their artworks on canvas, on demand with oil painting. Contact us if you are interested in this new passive income opportunity.
