Anna Althea Hills (1882–1930) was an American Impressionist landscape painter known for her vivid and expressive depictions of California landscapes. She was an influential figure in the early 20th-century California art scene, particularly in the plein-air movement.

Hills was celebrated for her ability to capture the essence and beauty of the California landscape, often painting scenes along the coast, hills, and countryside. Her works were marked by a vibrant use of color and a skillful handling of light and atmosphere, characteristics that aligned with the techniques of the Impressionist movement.

She was a key figure in the development of California Impressionism, utilizing loose brushwork and a bright color palette to depict the unique qualities of the Southern California scenery.
